Jennie is a TICO registered Travel Advisor with Glow Travel and Events. What does that mean for you?  We are able to assist you with every single aspect of the designing and planning of your Destination Wedding!  Having one person plan all of your wedding, accommodation and travel details, ensures everything is planned and executed seamlessly.

From the travel bookings, to all of the personalized planning details, to the day-of coordination on your wedding day.  Enjoy a stress free and relaxed vacation while we ensure the loveliest experience for you and your guests. Together, let's throw an incredible party in a beautiful location, surrounded by your closest family and friends.  A party and vacation that creates memories you and your guests will never forget!


Package includes but not limited to the following:

Researching and Consulting on the destination and resort for the best fit of location and venue 
Assisting with local marriage requirements

Budget preparation, allocation & recommendations

Assist with the design of your Destination Wedding

Creating travel bookings for yourself and your guests

Recommend vendors based on your budget, theme, style and personality

Assist with gathering and reviewing all contracts

Verify availability of ceremony and reception location onsite

Regular correspondence with resort coordinator and local vendors

Confirming final details with Vendors and Venue

Create a wedding day schedule

Traveling with or before you to ensure everything upon your arrival is as planned

Assist in confirming all spa and beauty appointments

Coordination of 1 additional event during the week (Welcome get together, Cocktail Party, Excursion, etc)

Attend final meeting with Venue Coordinator

Attend/Conduct Ceremony Rehearsal

Behind-the-scenes set up and assistance with your ceremony

Coordination and styling of your reception details: decor, centrepieces, welcome table, favours, menu cards, table numbers, escort cards, etc.

Coordination of reception set up and liaising with Caterer/Venue, DJ, MC, Photographer and all other vendors

Assistance throughout the day to ensure the program runs smoothly and all your plans are carried out

Fee for Destination Wedding Planning & Coordination is $2,000 + flight and accommodations

Honeymoon Planning


In addition to planning Destination Weddings, Honeymoon planning has now been added to our services.   Whether you want to relax on a beautiful beach, explore a deserted island, escape to a private villa, experience delicious wine and food, immerse yourself into a new culture, set sail on a cruise or try a new extreme adventure, Jennie will work closely with you to ensure your honeymoon is all you ever dreamed it would be.


Package includes but not limited to the following:

Researching and Consulting on the different destination options based on the style of honeymoon you want 

Offer recommendations for location, resort, flights, packages, excursions, etc.

Suggest current promotions and travel offers

Advising on required travel documents

Creating travel booking and reserving accommodations and flights

Suggest and plan personalized experiences such as: private helicopter tour, luxurious spa day, private dinner on a beach, wine tour, private waterfall tour, etc.

Airport transfer reservation and confirmation

Car rental reservation and confirmation

PLUS... Rest assured that we are here 24/7 to assist with any travel related emergency that may come up while you are away on your honeymoon.


Fee for Honeymoon planning ranges from $200 - $500 depending on the length and complexity of the vacation.  Discount offered if added on to a Wedding Planning package.

Have you heard???  Jennie is now an ordained Non-denominational ceremony officiant.  I am now able to assist you with absolutely every aspect of your Ceremony... Including the legal stuff!

I have been wanting to become a wedding officiant and join the team at Cathy Davis & Co for years.  The pandemic caused nearly all of my weddings to be postponed or cancelled, which has given me the time and motivation to finally do it!

The ceremony is the heart of a wedding and I truly believe having the ability to marry two people is a super power that I am so lucky to now have!  I enjoy ceremonies full of meaning with a little bit of humour and a whole lot of love and happiness.  I love sharing ideas and suggesting options my couples never thought of or even knew existed.  My passion for and extensive knowledge of the wedding industry will be a valuable asset while planning your ceremony and ensuring your ceremony runs smooth on your wedding day.   

I want to assist my couples in creating their own sweet and sentimental ceremony that reflects their individual personalities as well as them as a couple.  I look forward to getting to know you as a couple and creating a heartfelt ceremony that is both meaningful and memorable for you and your guests.  Together we can create an unforgettable moment for you and all of your guests.

This Package Includes:

Two meetings. The first is a consultation which includes an explanation of the legal requirements for getting married in Ontario and a discussion of your wedding ceremony options.

The second meeting includes our unique "talk-through Rehearsal" where the details and flow of the ceremony are discussed and confirmed.

Creating your beautiful, totally customized wedding ceremony.

Helpful, professional, hands on support with the entire ceremony experience on your wedding day. I arrive a half hour before your ceremony start time to collaborate with all the professionals you have chosen for your wedding day to help ensure a stress free and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Following the ceremony, I file your Marriage Registry and mail your completed marriage licence to the Office of the Registrar General. 


Fee for Wedding Officiating is $450 for remaining 2021 dates and $475 for 2022​ and beyond.
Discount is offered if added on to a Full Planning package.

If you are expecting a small group of under 20 or planning an elopement, we also have a simple ceremony option for $350.


Whether it is just the two of you getting married with 2 witnesses or a large ceremony in front of 500 people, I am so lucky to be a part of your special day. It will be such an honour and privilege to declare that you are husband and wife!

Super Pretty Niagara Parks Wedding

Giuliana and Ryan's Beautiful Golf Course Wedding

Giuliana and Ryan had the mot beautiful day for their September wedding. The couple opted not to have a first look and instead see each other for the first time during their ceremony.  I must say... the moment Giuliana walked through the doors and started up the aisle by herself was a beautiful one! She looked stunning and absolutely had all eyes on her as she walked towards the alter. The ceremony took place at St. Ann Church in Niagara Falls. After the lovely ceremony, family photos were taken outside of the church. After family photos, our lovely bride and groom along with their wedding party, went off to Oakes Garden Theatre for some more photos. Last stop was Legends on the Niagara where we all hopped onto some golf carts and drove around to take some more photos around the golf course while guests enjoyed cocktail hour outside on the amazing terrace that overlooks the beautiful pond and golf course. Guests were greeted as they walked up the stone stairs with railings lined with greenery and white floral by 2 soldiers who opened the doors for them. As they walked in they were welcomed by the big beautiful welcome sign. After walking around back to the covered terrace, guests found out their assigned table by looking at the HUGE hanging seating chart.  Seriously, the day of stationery was amazing!

After the wedding party was announced and the couple shared their first dance, our MC made some announcements and grace was said before everyone joined in a champagne toast to the happy couple. The reception was decorated with beautiful ceiling draping that really softened the room and gave it a romantic and elegant feel.  The guest tables were a mix of rounds and wooden harvest tables. They were decorated with greenery and white floral with touches of gold accents in the charger plates, candles, table number, menu and place cards. Each guest received a pair of Greaves jams nicely packaged in a little box. The 5 course meal was broken up by speeches and the couple running off for a few moments to catch the gorgeous glow of the sun setting. After dinner, our couple cut their gorgeous wedding cake before the dance floor opened and the party started.
