Rachel & Gord's Beautiful NOTL Wedding

To say I loved working with Rachel and Gord and Rachel's mother Alida would be an extreme understatement!  Rachel is such an incredibly talented #GirlBoss!!!  & her mother (who took the lead on all of the Wedding plans was a Rockstar Planner!!!  Seriously, the amount of info they supplied to me in complete detail and organized perfectly in a binder was incredible!

They planned for the rehearsal to take place on the Thursday before the Wedding so that Friday could be a Spa and Golf day.  Perfect way to make sure everything is completed far in advance so that you can relax and enjoy the day before your Wedding with the people closest to you.

Their Wedding morning started with the girls getting ready at The Pillar and Post and the guys getting ready at the Hilton Garden Inn.  The Ceremony took place in front of the Willow tree at the Willowpond within the Botanical Gardens.  They said their vows beneath a beautiful Ceremony arbor designed and built by Gord and Rachel's brother.  Not only did each guests get supplied a map, but we also had signs throughout the Botanical Gardens leading guests in the right direction along the paths towards the Ceremony.  After the Ceremony, guests were encouraged to walk around the grounds while photos were being taken.

The Reception took place at Chateau des Charmes.  During the time between the Ceremony and the Reception... we got a Crazy Torrential Downpour and crazy winds!!!  How lucky are Rachel and Gord that it didn't come until after their Ceremony and then it went away before their tented Reception began.  After dinner and speeches... The guests got to dance the night away to the talented music by Stereo Flavour.
