Niagara Wedding Planner
Niagara Winery Wedding
Leanne and Giovanni (who goes by Gio because he thinks it sounds less"Italian Fashion Designer") were looking to plan a romantic and slightly whimsical Wedding here in Niagara Wine Country. They fell in love with Sue-Ann Staff Winery when they saw it and their plans began!
The ladies got ready at Inn on the Twenty in Jordan the morning of the Wedding. They had their Catholic Ceremony at Star of the Sea Church in St. Catharines. After their Ceremony, the Wedding party headed to Sue-Ann Staff Winery for some photos before Leanne and Gio headed off in a Rolls-Royce for some photos of the two of them on Main St. in Jordan. During Cocktail hour, guests were encouraged to visit the tasting room in the Winery and try some of Sue-Ann Staffs delicious wines. They also had some fun lawn games to enjoy throughout Cocktail hour.
Leanne and Gio had some wonderful personal touches throughout their Wedding. Their tables were not numbered, instead they were named by concerts the couple had gone to together. Each guest had an assigned seat with a personalized menu and a little hand written note from the couple. The favours were bottles of rosemary infused olive oil. Their receiving table had a guestbook made from an album of their engagement photos. The table was decorated with antiques and photos of family members at their own weddings in lovely ornate frames.
The sweets table which included the Wedding cake, macarons, donuts, cake pops and cannoli was beautifully decorated on an antique dresser with pearls, antique platters and a sign that read "Leave the Gun, take the cannoli". The vintage theme carried out through the lovely lounge area as well as the photo booth.
Throughout dinner, guests enjoyed speeches, the Bride and Groom Shoe game as well as a lovely Slideshow. After dinner the band had the dance floor rocking all night long... and guests also got to enjoy a few songs performed by Gio and his band Madame Psychosis. Guests were also surprised with a Beautiful Fireworks display! It was a lovely Wedding full of personal touches and wonderful surprises!
