Winter Wedding in the Big Apple

St. Patricks Cathedral was more to Rebecca and Emeric than just a church - it was their home. When Rebecca first moved from Canada to New York, she was just your average 19 year old walking down 5th ave. window shopping at every high end store front, when she came across St. Patricks. It was the most magical and gorgeous place she had ever seen.  It’s beauty struck her in a way nothing else ever had. It’s mysterious exterior with its bronze grand doors and it’s magnificent interior with customized stone sculptures at every alter of saints quickly became a place where she frequented often. So, of course it was the obvious desired destination for their wedding. St. Patricks is one of the most prestigious and luxurious cathedrals in not only the United States but the entire world and there is a huge wait list. The 8000 pipes on the gallery organ sure do make a statement and on a chilly, yet beautiful February day, Rebecca got to walk down the 200 feet aisle at St. Patricks Cathedral escorted by her father and her step-father towards her husband to be.

The morning of their wedding, Rebecca got ready at The Lotte New York Palace Hotel located across the street from St. Patrick's Cathedral.  Rebecca and Emeric shared their first look at the bottom of the stunning staircase within the lobby of the hotel.  After their first look, Rebecca and Emeric set off around NYC for some photos prior to their magical ceremony.

After their ceremony, guests met at STK Steakhouse Midtown for their dinner reception.  Rebecca changed into a second dress which was a STUNNING designer Theia couture gown covered in pearls, diamonds and crystals.  After dinner and some speeches, Rebecca and Emeric cut their cake and guests were encouraged to mingle and enjoy the high end bar.
