Beautiful Spring Wedding at Gracewood Estates
Jennifer & Chris - Kurtz Orchards
It was an absolute pleasure assisting Jenn and Chris with their Wedding plans. They are such a lovely couple and I really enjoyed getting to know them. Their Wedding on June 18th, 2016 took place at the always Beautiful Gracewood Estates at Kurtz Orchards. We were blessed with absolutely perfect weather! Their day started off with the ladies getting ready in their matching robes within the beautiful Estate home at Gracewood. After the ladies were ready, the gentlemen all arrived and Jenn and Chris had a lovely little moment together during their "first look"
The ceremony took place that afternoon within the pear orchard. The ladies walked through the trees to the music of an acoustic guitar. Within the ceremony, Jenn and Chris partook in a lovely little wine ceremony. After the ceremony, guests were encouraged to enjoy the amazing charcuterie stations set up during cocktail hour within the gardens.
The reception dinner took place within the tent. The guests sat at gorgeous live edge harvest tables. The tables included beautiful centrepieces in tones of purple and white, table numbers written on little chalk boards and each place setting had a menu and place card to inform the guests of where they will be sitting and the dinner they will be enjoying that evening. After dinner, guests partied the night away to the sounds of the Madhatters who kept the dance floor rocking! At 11:00 they slowed things down and brought the party outside of the tent under the globe lights and played an intimate and interactive acoustic set where they played songs requested by the guests.
