Rustic Fall Wedding at Knollwood Golf Course
Shanna and Matthew had their beautiful wedding at Knollwood Golf Course on October 9th, 2015. It was a wedding full of joy, laughs, and a lot of emotion. The couple had their first look outside, among the beautiful trees beside the adorable inn on the grounds. The deep emotion on their faces made it a truly heartwarming moment.Despite the cooler weather, Shanna and Matthew decided to have an outdoor ceremony by the beautiful pond, to capture the essence of the changing leaves. To keep the guests cozy, there was a basket of warm blankets and a table with cider and mini donuts. In true rustic fashion, there were hay bales and beautiful wooden signs set up, along with an array of pumpkins and mums. Some of Shanna’s students, who came together as a quartet, played during the ceremony and it was absolutely breathtaking.
To add to the beautiful rustic barn that the reception was held at afterwards, all of the tables were scattered with colourful leaves that Shanna and Matthew had picked the year before. Along with these, Matthew had designed a bunch of wooden slabs into beautiful décor for the tables and cupcakes. The wedding was full of personal touches and my favourite one was the little live gold fish on the head table, as Shanna and Matthew met on the dating website Plenty of Fish.
The super fun couple made for some hilarious photos and a great party.
