Heather & Sullivan - Inn on the Twenty

Niagara Wedding Planner

Intimate Niagara Winery Wedding

The moment I first met with Heather and Sullivan, there was a quick connection!  They are the most genuinely sweet and fun to be around couple ever!  (Which I sort of expected since they are from Newfoundland)  I felt uber special being one of the first people to know that Heather was expecting and it was so wonderful when baby Azzi was born during our Wedding planning!  When I took Heather and Sullivan to Inn on the Twenty for their site tour... they had an instant connection with the owners and staff because of the restaurant/hotel they own back home called Blue on Water.
It was important for Heather and Sullivan to have a fun, laid back and casual wedding with great food and wine!  So we decided to go with a relaxed and intimate cocktail style reception within the Vintners Cellar at Inn on the Twenty.
The Estate House was where the ladies got ready and where Heather and Sullivan first laid eyes on each other at their First Look which took place after Heather had a First Look with her father.
Guests were shuttled to the Vineyard Ceremony by school bus.  After the lovely ceremony at the Escarpment site of Cave Springs Vineyards, guests enjoyed cocktails within the vineyard while photos were being taken.
At the reception, guests got to enjoy delicious food, a super yummy sweets table by Sweet Bash Co. and amazing music by the Madhatters.  We had a surprise performance from one of the guests named Joanne who not only sang while Heather was walking down the aisle during the ceremony but also joined the band and rocked out to a couple songs during the reception... She is an amazing singer and everyone LOVED it!  The dance floor was rocking and even Sullivan who had busted his achilles tendon and had to wear a boot never left the dance floor!
Young Glass provided a really fun guestbook by taking polaroids of the guests and having them attach them into a book with a message.  The guests had Waaaaayyyyyy too much fun with the polaroids and props...
Heather and Sullivan truly had a very fun and family focused wedding that I am sure their guests will be thinking about for years to come!
