Dining among the trees at Kurtz Orchards

Samantha and Mike's Kurtz Orchards Wedding

Samantha and Mike started off their wedding day both getting ready within the same AirBnB.  The ladies were all on one level of the house while the guys stuck to their own level.  I love when couples get ready in the same location.  It make it easier for everyone, especially photographers and videographers as everything is all in one spot!  Less travelling between locations, means more photos for you!

After Samantha was ready, she had a lovely First Look with her dad.  Samantha and Mike did not want to see each other until the ceremony.  So, after her first look with her dad, Samantha went back inside so that the guys could jump into the limo to take them over to Kurtz Orchards.

Their sweet and sentimental ceremony was officiated by a one of Samantha's family members.  After their ceremony, Samantha and Mike decided to spend a few minutes alone together and each grabbed a cocktail to enjoy during a walk among the orchards as their guests started to enjoy cocktail hour.  Lawn games like corn hole and Jenga were set up for their guests to play during cocktail hour.  Their dog Diggs, made an appearance on their cocktail napkins and with their signature drinks served at cocktail hour.  The signature drinks were also each topped with a little acrylic monogram of their initials.

Cocktail hour included the incredibly delicious charcuterie table, set up by Kurtz Orchards which includes local fruits, meats, cheeses, jellies and so much more!  Getting married at Kurtz Orchards? I always suggest adding this for cocktail hour!

After cocktail hour, guests started making their way to dinner which took place within the trees on long harvest tables.   The wooden live edge tables were decorated with delicate chiffon runners, eucalyptus runners and tapered candles in brass candle sticks.  Each place setting was complete with gold rimmed glassware, a gold charger plate, a menu, the guests name laser cut from wood, a hand tied napkin and a jar of jam made from the fruits grown at Kurtz Orchards.

After dinner, the band started and so did the dance floor.  After the first band set, guests were invited outside of the tent for a little surprise.  As soon as everyone exited the tent, the fireworks began!  After the fireworks, Samantha tossed her bouquet which brought everyone back on the dance floor for the band to keep the party going.  It was a beautiful day for such a wonderful couple that I really enjoyed getting to know and planning with.
